Grown at our Oranje Tractor vineyard in Albany, this Riesling is wild fermented, whole bunch pressed, and bottled unfined and unfiltered, preserving its pure character. Expect layers of lime zest, pink grapefruit, and fresh lemongrass, with a lively acidity and rock salt-like minerality that pairs beautifully with fresh seafood or a spicy Thai curry.
